We want you to have the Conservatory of your dreams and that is why ALL our Conservatories and Porches are custom built to YOUR requirements. From the designing, planning and construction, we make every effort to put your needs first, therefore attention to every detail is given. As we construct each stage of your project, workmen arrive and complete ALL their individual tasks, BEFORE moving onto the next job, so when our builder is scheduled to be with you for three days, he is there for that time or such time that building works are completed. Once the builder finishes, we can then erect the building and in turn when we have finished the electrician, plumber and tilers etc., can move in and complete their tasks. A full planning schedule is raised upon receiving your order and ALL tradesmen have to work to that end and by your using our services, we have overall control of your project and can ensure that the schedule is maintained.

Our Lean To Conservatories are fitted with the Elevation roofing system by Ultraframe. With the 25mm triple skin roofing panels, it will ensure maximum heat retention and shield you from the sun. The Elevation roof is recommended for low level extensions and bungalows, where a minimum pitch needs to be attained, and guaranteed by the manufacturer, for ten years.

	ELECTRICAL - Power points, lighting, air conditioning, storage heating. In addition to ALL the above. Fully Compliant with Part P of Current Building Regulations 2005 & certified accordingly.
	ROOF and Window Blinds Design and fitting service.
	FULL Architectural plans for Local Governmental approval if required.
	We can also provide a Tile or Laminate flooring Service.
