For many years I have dealt with contractors of varying degrees of competence and I have always considered that a fair days work for a fair days pay is the order of the day.

Because of this principal I have rarely taken to writing letters of thanks for works carried out.

However, on this occasion I feel that the excellent service I have received from your company deserves a written response.

The installation of a large bay window, front door and side panel and a conservatory and kitchen extender was carried out in an efficient and friendly manner from planning stage through to final finish. The standard of work was first class and I am really pleased with the end result. Even when a problem occurred some months later, your representative was here within an hour of my phone call and the problem was dealt with the next day.

This kind of service is rare and I thank you for the efficient and friendly manner in which you dealt with this problem.

In the light of these comments, I would be pleased to recommend your services to anyone who is interested.

I must commend Shax for his tremendous efforts in keeping on top of all aspects of the construction and ensuring delivery of a "Showroom” condition end product.

Forget the jargon - he was great, really cares for his customers.
